As the manufacturer, we seldom need to wait for parts to come in from another supplier. If your Foxcroft Equipment & Service Co. Inc. equipment needs a part, we make it right here. We can also repair other manufacturer’s equipment. All equipment repairs include complete disassembly of your equipment, replacement of defective parts, calibration and full testing before being returned to you.

Our repair shop is staffed with highly trained factory certified technicians committed to returning your equipment to you per its original specifications. In addition to factory repairs, Foxcroft offers field service for a variety of instrumentation and equipment, including repair and calibration.

General Policy
All bench repair work requires an “RMA” number, which can be obtained by calling Foxcroft Equipment & Service Co. Inc. at 1-800-874-0590 or 610-942-2888. Any equipment shipped to us without an “RMA” number will be refused. This policy has been instituted to ensure that equipment does not get lost, and to maintain timely repair turnarounds. The “RMA” number must be written on the outside of the shipping carton an on all associated correspondence. When calling you must provide equipment serial numbers, description of the problem, company name, phone number and the person to contact for questions.

Bench Repairs
Repairs are considered “Bench Repairs” if the equipment is sent to Foxcroft Equipment & Service Co. Inc. for repair by an “RMA”, or if the equipment was picked up on a field service call for repair at the factory. All “In House”, non warranty repair work will be done on a flat fee basis. Due to the “flat fee” pricing structure, estimates will no longer be given, except in conditions of extreme equipment damage, custom designed devices, non stock equipment, or OEM repairs. In such cases, repair estimates will be based on a time and materials basis. If the work is not approved by the customer, the minimum charge will be $140.00, plus shipping and handling to return the equipment. Bench Labor is charged at $140 for the first hour, and $100.00 for each additional hour thereafter on the same job. All repairs are guaranteed and are given the highest priority so that your equipment may be returned to you ASAP.

Should you decide to purchase a new unit, we will credit the inspection charge toward the price of a new unit.

Warranty Repairs
Warranty on most Foxcroft Equipment & Service Co. Inc. items repaired except where otherwise noted, is for a period of 90 days from original equipment repair ship date. It is NOT the date when the equipment is reinstalled, put into use, or resold by an independent dealer. Warranty repairs do not cover lightening damage, flood damage, power surges, improper power application, improper installation, acts of God, unauthorized repairs, or improper use of equipment. Warranty coverage will be determined at the time of repair, by the technician working on the equipment, or the original equipment manufacturer, and at the discretion of the Service Manager.

Field Service
Service calls are considered long distance, if they are any of the following: Beyond a 3 hour drive radius of Glenmoore, PA 19343, involve an overnight stay on one or more nights, involve air travel, involves system engineering or design, involve service technician training, or are of an extensive nature that is not typical of a local service call.

We offer complete installation & startup, as built documentation and drawings, along with follow-up training and support. Please call our Field Service Manager to discuss your particular project.
